Copyright and Licence

Last updated 5 November 2026. In force from 5 November 2026.

Who owns the material

The courses, including their text, templates, checklists, plans, tables, code examples and layout, and the content of this website are protected by copyright under the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law 9.610/1998) and international treaties such as the Berne Convention. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to Leonardo Nogueira Vieira or are used under licence. Ideas, methods and facts belong to nobody; the way we explain, sequence and organise them does.

Your licence

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself.

You may

  • read the lessons on any of your devices, and print them or save them as PDF for yourself;
  • fill in the templates, checklists and plans and use them in your own work, including at your job or in your own business;
  • run and adapt the short code examples for your own learning and projects;
  • share what you learned, in your own words.

You may not

  • share, sell, rent or give away your access link or the lessons;
  • upload the material to a website, drive, group, marketplace or messaging service;
  • use the lessons to teach a class, run a workshop or train a team, or present them as your own course;
  • translate the lessons or create derivative courses from them;
  • remove copyright notices;
  • use the material to train, fine-tune or feed an artificial intelligence system;
  • use the Skillfye name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, your business or your products.

Teams and companies

A licence covers one person. If you want to use a course with a team, in a class or across a company, write to support@skillfye.com and we will discuss a team licence.

Quoting and reviews

You may quote short passages in a review or article with a link to this website. You may not publish whole lessons or tables.

If you find our material being misused

Please tell us at support@skillfye.com.

If you believe we have used your work

If you own the rights to something published here and believe it is used without permission, write to support@skillfye.com with: the work you believe is infringed, the exact address where it appears, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We review every notice promptly and remove material while we investigate, in line with the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework and the notice and takedown standard of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Third-party material and trademarks

Photographs on this website are licensed stock images. They show models, not customers, and are not included in the licence given to you. Names of software, platforms and organisations mentioned in the courses belong to their owners and are used only to describe them; their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Breach

A breach of this licence ends it automatically. We may withdraw access without a refund and use the remedies available under Brazilian law and the law of the country where the breach took place.
