What is sold here
Skillfye sells five online courses in practical business and technology skills, written in English for adults, individually for $47 each or together as The Complete Library for $147. Each course contains 8 complete written lessons with templates, checklists and plans in tables, a practical assignment in every lesson and a written plan to keep. All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Nothing is shipped, nothing renews and no subscription is created. The contents of each course, including the title of every lesson, are listed on its own page and summarised again before payment.
What is not sold here
Skillfye is an education publisher. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, security or other professional services, we do not run live classes or mentoring, and the courses do not lead to an accredited certificate or qualification. We do not sell physical products, software licences or third-party services, and we do not receive commissions from any tool or brand mentioned in the courses. See the educational disclaimer.
Who we sell to
We sell worldwide to people aged 18 or over. The courses are written for adults and are not addressed to children. We do not sell to anyone in a country or region subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and Stripe independently blocks payments it is not permitted to process.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as SKILLFYE. Because the price is in US dollars, your bank may add a currency conversion fee and, for cards issued in Brazil, the IOF tax on purchases in foreign currency.

Customer service and complaints
Write to support@skillfye.com or call +55 11 97150-5773 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 São Paulo time (UTC-3)). We reply within two working days, and always within five days as Decree 7.962/2013 requires. We would rather solve a problem than argue about it.
Consumers in Brazil. You can also file a complaint on consumidor.gov.br, the official federal platform for consumer complaints, or with the consumer protection agency (Procon) of your city or state, such as Procon-SP. We answer on those channels.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. If a dispute cannot be solved with us, the European Consumer Centre of your country (ECC-Net) or, in the UK, Citizens Advice can give you free help with a cross-border purchase.

Direito de arrependimento. Você pode desistir da compra em até 7 dias, nos termos do artigo 49 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, e além disso oferecemos garantia de 14 dias: dentro desse prazo devolvemos 100% do valor pago, sem precisar de justificativa.
